Meet and greet at the FCO airport : Driver will meet you after the luggage claim, outside customs area,  at the meeting point #1 in the arrival area – holding a sign with passenger’s name.


Meet and greet at CIA airport :  Driver will meet you after the luggage claim , outside customs area – holding a sign with passenger’s name.


Meet and greet at the port : our driver will wait for you holding a sign with your name, in front of the ship, at the exit after baggage claim. Our drivers are allowed by port authority to enter at the arrival dock.


– For private transfers , our driver will wait at the airport  60′ after the actual landing time.


– For the shuttle service to and from the port of Civitavecchia the waiting time for the pick up may vary from 10 to 30 minutes due to traffic.


– For departure transfers be ready 15 minutes before.


Shuttle is running according to this schedule from April until November 2020.

  • From Civitavecchia Port: 8:00 am – 9:00 am – 9:30 am – 10:00 am
  • From Rome: 10:00 am – 11:00 am – 12:00 am
  • From FCO Airport: 10:30 am – 12:00 noon

Service is door to door.


– If the originally scheduled flight/train arrival has been changed or DELAYED must be communicated in advance.


– If you have difficulty finding a driver or a problem with baggage claim, you need to inform us by calling the logistics office (0039) 06.92947201.


Luggage: For shared transfer 1 pcs check in standard suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person is included in fare.

Unusually large quantities or sizes of luggage or heavy items, bicycle or golf sacks, skies or surf boards, or collapsible wheelchair, scooter etc. MUST be declared during the reservation process to be able to give you a suitable vehicle and avoid problem during the loading.


– Be careful, check that all the data entered in the booking is correct. The company does not bear any responsibility for the incorrect information.


– Be sure to leave the airport/port with our driver by showing them your voucher or confirm your booking in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises. Otherwise the service will be considered NO SHOW and will be charged in full.


– Payment method: Cash to the driver at the end of the service, credit card to the driver at the end of the service, paypall, bank transfer.


Supplement – additional charge 20% will be applied for transfers between 11:00 pm – 7:00 am


Cancellation or booking change will be accepted free of charge if received at least 24h ahead of date
