Q? Is my reservation confirmed ?

A. You will received e mail with final confirmation and voucher in attachment after we check all details. If you for any reason don’t receive voucher, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Voucher, which you should print out and bring with you, will contain all the information regarding your transfers and our contact numbers.

 

Q? How far in advance is necessary to book the transfer?

A. It’s up to you. Beware that our reservation system will not allow you to book less than 24 hrs ahead. For last minute transfer, please contact us at office phone number (0039) 0692947201.

 

Q? What is the difference between a shared & private transfer ?

A. Shared shuttle transfers are sold by the seat, based on sharing vehicle with other passengers moving on the same route. Private service is vehicle only for you without any other passengers include.

Both service is  door to door either from / to  the airport, railway station or cruise port.

 

Q? How do I find my driver at the airport / port ?

A. FCO airport: our driver will wait for you holding a sign with your name in the main arrival hall  after the luggage claim and customs  at the Meeting point column.

Cruise port: our representatives will wait for you holding a sign with your name at the arrival dock – in front the ship after you have collected your luggage and cleared customs.

If you should have difficulty in locating your driver – please call us at emergency number to help you.

Leaving your pick up location with a different or wrong driver or for leaving without calling us to help locate your driver you will be charged for no show.

 

Q? How long is waiting time after the flight is landed ?

A. Our driver wait 1hour after the actual landing time.

 

Q? What is a pick up time for departure transfer to the airport or port ?

A. – Pick up time for private transfer 3 hour for international or 3h30’ for intercontinental flight, in any case depend of you.

– For shared transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia port between 10.30 am- 1.30 pm according to your preferences.

Please allow up to 30 minutes grace time from hotels, airport and the Civitavecchia port that could be due to intense traffic, bad weather, strikes or demonstrations that frequently occur in Rome or your hotel location.

 

Q? Does my driver speak English ?

A. Some drivers may speak basic English. If you are in need of an English speaking driver for a transfer please make the request and we will try to provide one  with additional cost.

 

Q? Luggage allowance – Do you charge for extra luggage?

A. For shared transfer 1 pcs check in standard suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person is included in price.

Unusually large quantities or sizes of luggage or heavy items, bicycle or golf sacks, skies or surf boards, or collapsible wheelchair, scooter etc. MUST be declared during the reservation process to be able to give you a suitable vehicle and avoid problem during the loading.

 

Q? What types of vehicle / buses you utilize ?

A. We use sedan Audi A6, BMW, Mercedes E class, luxury Mercedes S class, Minivan, van, minibus, Mercedes, Opel, Ford, Renault. All our vehicles are full a/c, inspected and NO SMOKING. Drivers are qualified and professional licensed.

 

Q? Do the children pay ?

A. Yes, we must charge for all occupied seats. Travel for free if holding your children on knees or arms.

We recommend to bring your own child seat. If necessary we can supply with additional charge.

 

Q? Pets are accepted ?

A. Yes, as long as you have carrycot for them.

 

Q? What is Cancellation policy :

A. 24 hours before sending us e mail at [email protected] with no charge.

 

Q? Do the prices include taxes?

A. Our rates include: fuel, parking fee, tolls, luggage handling. VAT 10% government tax should be add.
